What kind of work experience would be best to get admissions in Canada? I want to do MBA from Canada and have done mechanical engineering.
Which one is better among technical and managerial work experience? Will they accept me as a strong applicant for admission in Canadian University if I go for technical work experience?

You need to have at least 3-year work experience in a leadership role and average experience in a good B-school goes around 6 years' experience. You are not eligible to pursue MBA as of now. You also need a good GMAT score of 650+ to get admission in a good B-school and IELTS score of 6.5 and above. -
Yes, you can do that. As per my knowledge, you just need to give an entrance exam and nothing else. The entrance exam will English, as a subject and nothing else.
