What kind of work experience would be best to get admissions in Canada? I want to do MBA from Canada and have done mechanical engineering.

Which one is better among technical and managerial work experience? Will they accept me as a strong applicant for admission in Canadian University if I go for technical work experience?

You need to have at least 3-year work experience in a leadership role and average experience in a good B-school goes around 6 years' experience. You are not eligible to pursue MBA as of now. You also need a good GMAT score of 650+ to get admission in a good B-school and IELTS score of 6.5 and above.

Yes, you can do that. As per my knowledge, you just need to give an entrance exam and nothing else. The entrance exam will English, as a subject and nothing else.

Maybe, but there are some institutes providing PG in Canada without GMAT.
