Dear aspirant, Great interacting with you. Yes, Math is compulsory to get into SRCC for B.Com (Hons) or any other reputable college these days. Even if you want to do Economics Hons math will still play a role. For applying for the Bachelors of Commerce (Honours) course at Delhi University, you must have studied Mathematics in your 12th, though it's not necessary to include that subject in your best of four percentage which is considered as your eligibility percentage.

7 years agoFor B.Com, only class x Maths is required. But, you'll have to score good percentage in class XII. -
Yes, it is compulsory to have maths in your +2 to be eligible for B.Com in SRCC since it is an 'honours' programme. But you just need to have maths in 12th and pass in it. Since DU looks at Best of four, you don't really need to have the highest. The basic requirement is you should "have maths in +2 and pass in it". -
It is compulsory to opt for maths in 12th to pursue B.Com and you have to score very high marks to get admission in SRCC college.
