LUT Career Spark Subsidy and master’s thesis subsidy is the university’s subsidy form for employers, who offer an internship or master’s thesis place to international students. The aim of this is to support international students’ employment and integration into Finnish working life. LUT Career Spark covers part of the wage costs. LUT pays a subsidy of EUR 1,200 – EUR 2,200 to employers.
