The M.Tech programme at BVDU offers a total of eight specialisations. The specialisations are as follows:
- Chemical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering- VLSI Design
- Mechanical Engineering- CAD/CAM
- Computer Engineering
- Information Technology
- Civil Engineering- Water Resource Engineering
