Punjabi University offers M.Tech under six specialisations namely CSE, ECE, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. Structural Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Mechanical Engineering is offered under both regular and Part time mode. Applicants must have a BTech degree with a minimum of 50% marks to be eligible for the M.Tech programme at Punjabi University, while SC/ST applicants must have passed their Class 12 exams with a minimum of 45% marks.
