At GIBS campus, weekends are busy, bright and energetic, and mix activity with healthy relaxing time. Friendly sports tournaments such as cricket, football, badminton or playing indoor games provide an environment for building strong relationships and healthy competition amongst students. This is supported by a spectrum of extra-curricular activities - cultural festivals/clubs, music/dance practice and informal celebrations. The Mind Valley's lush green campus also enables students to have quiet relaxation through lawns, paved walkway areas SEATING AREAS, and an opportunity for students to be creative, have fun and unwind together, whi

Weekends at GIBS are actually pretty fun. Sometimes there are sports matches going on, sometimes cultural stuff or club events, and sometimes it's just everyone chilling around campus. Mind Valley is one of those spots where people sit, talk, listen to music, and relax. It's a nice break after a packed week, and honestly the vibes are good because you get time to enjoy the campus, meet friends, and just unwind without rushing anywhere.

  • Campus life at GIBS is vibrant/energizing/dynamic on the weekends. Most students participate in sporting events; there is a lively atmosphere among the students and the campus as they cheer for their teams during cricket, football, basketball, and other sports. During cultural festivals, students display their artistic ability through music, dance, and theater, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the diverse backgrounds and talents of their fellow students. Those who prefer a more tranquil setting can find several peaceful locations throughout the campus surrounded by trees, shrubs, and flowers, where students can read, talk, or just r

GIBS provides a supportive environment for introverted or non-marketing oriented students to develop their placement potential through a focus on personalized mentoring and emphasising strengths rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Students will be assisted by the placement team and faculty in finding appropriate career paths in analytics, finance, human resources, operations, research, back-end consulting or corporate support functions where communication skills are crucial but aggressive sales techniques are not required. From my experience, it's honestly a lot more than I expected. The CPM/finishing school itself runs almost like a separate layer on top of PGDM — regular skill-building sessions, aptitude training, communication practice, mock GDs, mock interviews, resume work, plus recruiter-specific prep. If you count it roughly, by 2nd year we easily cross a few hundred hours of structured training without even realizing it because it's spread across weeks and semesters. And apart from the official sessions, we have IRE workshops, bootcamps, events, and mentor reviews that also add up to placement prep indirectly. It's not like “two months crash
