Magadh University was established in 1962 and is one of the largest universities in Bihar. MU University, through about 39 affiliated colleges and 2 law colleges, and 19 constituent colleges, offers PG, UG, Vocational, and various other courses to students. These programmes are provided across the Science, Humanities, and various other streams. M U Bodhgaya aims to support faculty, scholars, and others in pursuing world-class research—theoretical, empirical, clinical, experiential and hence foster creative endeavour.
