The graphic design can be the design of anything you can see printed and produced (and even onscreen) multimedia design tends to be MORE bias to on screen applications such as website, moving image & etc.

Graphic Design uses visual communication(images) and forms part of Multimedia design only, if it is combined with another means of communicatio. Multimedia includes two or more means of communication like text, graphics, color, voice, video, animation,interactivity etc. Graphics Design
