GNIHM Kolkata offers two full-time professional programmes in the field of hotel management, tourism and culinary arts. The curriculum of these programmes is designed to provide students with the basic and advanced skills required to build a successful career in the hosptiality and tourism sector. The curriculum includes theory and practical lessons. The students get to learn from renowned chefs like Sanjeev Kapoor, Vikash Khanna and Kunal Kapur. In 2023, the institute recorded a 100% placement rate with students being placed in domestic and international organisations. GNIHM is affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT)
