COER have their own policies to pursue any course. The marks eligibility criteria is 50% mandatory in 12th class. Student must have passed 12th class with PCM subjects to enroll for B.Tech. Also they offers scholarship to the candidates who have scored above 80% in 12th class and Uttarakhand Domiciled candidates have an extra benefit for other scholarship.
