For good colleges and a desired branch, 200+ marks is required, otherwise for just passing 80-90 is enough.

90+ marks can be considered reasonable.

If you want to just qualify, you should have 90+ but want NITs should score 160+ marks.

If you score around 150, then its a reasonable score for getting admission into NIT and for appearing in JEE advance.

To get into NITs, a score around 200 can be vital but not less than that. If score is more than 200, then surely you can have a go.

The cut-off this year might be around 80-90 marks. 180-200 marks might get you ann NIT.
