What might be the expected cutoff this year (2018) and what should be the minimum score to get in BITS, Hyderabad?

There is nothing expected cut off as such. It all depends on how the paper is set and how students perform. -

Cutoff varies for different courses. The cutoff for Pilani campus is always very high. The second hot campus is Hyderabad. Around 320 should be enough for M.Sc courses.
