What minimum 12th (science) score do I need to get admission for B.Tech and M.Tech in MUJ?

The minimum marks required is 75 percentage for taking admission in better college.

For B.Tech, you have to give MUOET Exam and according to that rank, you are able to get the B.Tech stream. And, there are different ranks for different stream.

Hi Anand, B.Tech admission is through Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MAHEOET).Eligibility: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or A Level or IB or American 12th grade or equivalent examination with Physics, English, and Mathematics as Compulsory subjects, along with any one of Chemistry or Computer Science or Biotechnology or Biology or Statistics or Engineering Drawing as optional subject for admission to B Tech, with minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and the optional subject, put together. Details of test pattern, date and list of test centers can be seen at <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="www.manipal.edu" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>www.manipal.edu</a>. Direct admission to the B.Tech Programme:- For direct admission (in branches where seats are likely to remain vacant) the following candidates will be eligible: All remaining MAHEOET rank holders, i.e., those who did not/could not come for counseling or all students who have a JEE rank and have qualified for JEE Advanced in that year or all other students with Physics, Maths and English as compulsory subjects and who have 60% or equivalent (in PMx subjects) in their 12th std. (where x could be Chemistry, Computers Science, Biotechnology, Biology, Statistics, Engineering Drawing). Admissions to M.Tech is done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination followed by a personal Interview.
