What minimum marks are required in RIE entrance to get a seat for an average student?

RIE CEE selection basis doesn't provide us with options like minimum marks and become eligible. The selection is based on both board marks and CEE marks. The entrance is based on state quotas and the strictly follows the admission process of selecting top students from each state whatever marks you may have.
