You just need only 75% in boards for JEE Mains. -

With the number of OBC students taking up JEE Mains on the rise, as the corollary cutoffs have started increasing. Then again there is a wide disparity between different NIT's. Hence I would like to advise you that please go through the websites of your intended NIT's, find out and aim for getting at least 10% marks more than this cutoffs.
