Hello Younus
Usually as a minimum; 2 years of teaching experience, a Masters degree in Educational Admin (or related field), and a district who is willing to take a risk on you. That being said, all the requirements go out he window if a relative is the Superintendent and he/she can convince the board you are ready for the position. Thank you. -
Hi Mohammed, It strictly depends on the state you live in and school board policy. Usually as a minimum; 2 years of teaching experience, a Masters degree in Educational Admin (or related field), and a district who is willing to take a risk on you. That being said, all the requirements go out he window if a relative is the Superintendent and he/she can convince the board you are ready for the position. All the best.
