In order to qualify the NATA 2018 exam, the candidates are required to score a minimum of 40% of the total marks (that is 80 out of 200 marks). These 40% marks is the qualifying limit and will be applicable, only if a candidate obtains the minimum 25% qualifying marks in both paper 1 and paper 2. The official cut-off for NATA 2018 would be announced by the council of architecture once the exam cycle is over.

121 in NATA + 77% in 12th
At LPU, that’s definitely good enough to get admission into the B.Arch program. You might even be eligible for a scholarship, especially through NATA score-based criteria.

LPU gives scholarships based on:

  • NATA score

  • 12th board marks

  • LPU’s own entrance test (LPUNEST)

The candidates could start creating their login, filling in their personal and academic details, uploading photo and signature, and paying the application fee starting February 3, 2025. After registering, they had the flexibility to apply for one, two, or all three exam sessions (March, June, and July/August).

No, there is no single or centralised counselling date for NATA-qualified candidates. The Council of Architecture (CoA) does not conduct any common counselling for NATA. Once you receive your score, it's up to individual institutes or state-level admission authorities to manage their own counselling schedules. Each college or university determines when and how they'll conduct counselling, this includes application deadlines, seat allotment, document verification, and fee payment .

The Council of Architecture (CoA) officially released the NATA 2025 results from the May 27, 2025.  Additionally, CoA adheres to the following schedule for every exam session. Results are typically declared within 7 days of each test date. So, if you appeared in a later session (e.g., in June, July, or August), you can expect your result roughly one week after your exam.
