Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology offers M.Tech at postgraduate level for a duration of two years. M.Tech is offered under 14 specialisations. Tabulated below are the M.Tech specialisations along withh their eligibility criteria:

Control Systems Curriculum	- BTech degree or any other degree holding an equivalent value in Avionics/ Electrical and Electronics /Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Instrumentation /Instrumentation and Control Engineering
Digital Signal Processing Curriculum	- BTech degree or any other degree holding an equivalent value in Avionics/ Electronics and Communication /Telecommunication/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering
RF and Microwave Engineering Curriculum	- BTech degree or any other degree holding an equivalent value in Avionics/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
VLSI and Microsystems Curriculum	- BTech degree or any other degree holding an equivalent value in Avionics/ Electronics and Communication/ Electrical Engineering
