B.Tech + M.Tech combination is more of the technical side, which will help you to pursue the research work or be in teaching domains. Whereas, B.Tech+MBA will help you to have managerial exposure in the technical domains or only managerial side.
Both of them are equally good. It purely depends on you what part you are interested in only technical or both managerial or technical.

With B.Tech+MBA, you can get into technical sector with managerial roles. M.Tech is for research and teaching profession mostly (in India).

If you do B.Tech and MBA then mostly you will end up doing management work in various MNCs as manager and if you do B.Tech and M.Tech then probably you will do the technical work related to your course and if you went higher by doing Ph.D then most probably you will become a professor in some reputed engineering college.
