What needs to be done to get admission in good Management Institution as I want to pursue MBA?

I am a Mechanical Engineer. I am working with an IT company with an experience of 1.5 years. I have given entrances exams like CAT, XAT and TISSAT without any preparation so don’t expect good results. But I would like to get admitted in a good Management Institution by 2016. Please help.

Dear Candidate.If you are working and experienced than you can join MBA via distance mode because working experience is much better than regular course in current industry.so i would like to suggest you to go from distance mode.
