Hello, psychometric test tests you thinking process and promptness. It also tests your values. Gd lasts for around 10 mins and pi varies with every candidate, average time of pi is 20 mins.

Psychometric tests just checks that your views doesnt conflicts.GD/PI depends on your group and interviewer

Hi Pratik, Psychometric test is a general test for your personal skills and how will you react in a particular situation. You don't need to study anything for that just answer the questions. PI as such has no time , they can ask whatever they want to depending on your profile and general questions.

Psychometric tests are generic personality tests,no preparation required. GD is 10-20 mins abstract or current events topics. PI is profile based and for 10-15 mins
