If you are the master of your trade, know the art of interview, have the presence of mind and good knowledge of English language, and have the the knowledge/environments of the organization, you will not feel the need of any good B-school or Engineering College as your background. Any graduate, whether from a reputed institution or not, HAS to use common sense for solving problems.One who is not from a reputed institution has the first problem of competing with graduates from a better background, and has to have a mind for SURVIVAL.It is not a problem, it is an OPPORTUNITY.
