You have two options I. e. either job or higher studies. You can go for M Tech related to your field or any other nondisciplinary course. You can also go for MBA preferably Operations. You are eligible for M Tech in Automobile Engineering in majority of Institutes.

Yes you eligible for MS in Automobile Engineering in Germany. You are advised to look at detailed eligibility criteria of different German Universities.
