What options do MYP (IB) have after 10th if they wanted to shift to CBSE? What are the chances of getting admission in a good JC in Mumbai?

What scope does he have in India after 12th if he wants to do engineering? My son was in CBSE till grade 6th. In grade 7th, I shifted him to IB. Now, I am worried about his future of getting admission in India with IB.
