What other educational stream can I pursue other than teaching English?
I have a Bachelor's degree in English literature and doing post-graduation in English literature.

You can teach subjects studied at BA level, to the high school students. I would suggest English because it is always a primary subject for India and we can get jobs easier, with English. But, you can train yourself for all subjects, by an in-depth study.
