What other/extracurricular activities are conducted at PSIT college of law, Kanpur besides academics for student's development?

PSIT College of Law Conducts various types of Extra Curricular activities for their Students in order to enhance the various skills and for the Growth of students like debate session on different types of topics, various types of Workshops on Legal Issues. There are Moot Court session which gives us the real Experience of the Indian Court Room. Other than these Various types of Quizzes are also Conducted on Special occasions like Constitution Day, Republic day, etc. We have a Cultural fest named 'IGNITIA' in which various Activities are also Conducted by the College like Youth Parliament, Debates, Slogan Writing, etc. In these events Students participate and show their talent.

Overall grooming of students is only possible if the academics as well as the extra curricular activities are balanced properly. Psit college of law not only pays attention to the academic learning of the students but also make sures that each student develops an effective personality. The English training classes help in developing a good vocabulary and speaking skills of the students. The IT training proves to be extremely beneficial for the students as it develops effective knowledge about computers. The Debate classes is one of the best thing for law students as it not only develops our communication skills but also instills alot of confidence within the students. In addition to it there are alot of seminars which enhance our knowledge and grant alot of information to the students. Psit college of law offers a variety of moot court activities which are extremely beneficial for the students. Also, Psit college of law conducts a fest that is IGNITIA every year in which various fun and educational activities are organized for students. Inshort Psit college of law is the perfect destination for B.A. LL.B. As it focuses on the overall development of the students.

Psit college of law focuses on enhanced learning and personality development of its students professional training & keeps Organizing various events, debates and skits on public issues. Also organise debate competition. PSIT organises every year IGNITIA and other kinds of extracurricular activities which being inter departmental are open to all. Hence it helps us in boosting our personality which is one of the most important attributes to build one's character & personality. It provides us with a platform for public speaking which helps in overcoming one's fear of public speaking which is necessary.

In the last 2 years at PSIT COLLEGE OF LAW, I have got many opportunities to participate in various kind of extracurricular activities. We have debates almost every week. There are sports event held at college level every year. There are so many inter-departmental activities like debate, quiz, JAM sessions, panel discussion etc. Taking place every month. The 2 DAYS college fest 'Ignitia' has so many amazing events, both academic and non - academic, which covers almost every aspect of competition activities. Honestly speaking, there is a positive environment for extracurricular activities and overall development of the students.

So many activities are conducted by PSIT throughout the year for its students to encourage their creativity. - Legal aid cell- various activities for providing free legal aid to people as well as to create awareness on social issues - Moot Court lectures- are a part of our time table - Debate lectures are also conducted every week to strengthen our debating skills - Projects for Fest - for enhancing legal & practical knowledge - Educational visits - arranged by the college to get the practical exposure of public administration - Celebration of different occasions like ; Law Day, International women's Day, unity day etc. By organizing debate competitions, nukkad natak, Rally March etc. - various Competition are arranged in 2 days of college fest I. e ignitia which include both academic and cultural activities.

PSIT College of law conducts various co-curricular activities for overall development and also polish our skills. - legal aid cell at psit has taught me how to organize events like debate, quiz, law day, International women's day, legal awareness through street plays etc. -Ignitia - a techno cultural fest of PSIT College of Law provides a platform to take part in different events and competitions. - Various debate competitions are organised at Psit College of law which provides an opportunity to develop our argumentation skills. -Inter-departmental project display competition is also organised every year. It helped me to nourish my presentation skills along with development of innovative ideas to display a project related to legal issues. -Educational visit at UP 100, Lucknow, was a great exposure to understand the working of entire administration of UP Police.

PSITCOL apart from all the curriculum, provides us with the a variety of extra curricular activities ranging from debates to skits. It also organises skits, dramas, moot courts and inter class events for all round personality development.

PSIT College of law focuses on all round development of students. Many activities like debate, quiz, group discussion etc. Are held every month. There are sports event held in college every year. 2 days college fest 'Ignitia' include many events both academic and non academic and also many cultural activities. There is also an educational visit arrange by the college for the practical exposure of students. Hence, I want to say this college provides a positive environment for extracurricular activities.

PSIT College of law conducts various extra-curricular activities spreading throughout the year. For instance We have different workshops related to legal issues. Debate is conducted every Weekend where we either discuss some current affairs topic or try to spread awareness among people while talking on these issues. We have Mood Court session, where we gain real experience of Indian Court System. Quizzing Sessions, Dramas, Youth Parade are conducted on special occasions like Constitution Day, Indian National Festivals etc. We have our cultural fest named Ignitia having a large footfall. There are various Dancing, Singing, Poetry etc. Cultural events which attract people to watch them.

There are many extracurricular activities conducted in PSIT College of Law which provides the students to overcome their fear of addressing the crowd. Activities such as debates, moot courts, nukkad natak etc. Help the students in improving speaking skills and other aspects of their personality which are a must for a law student. The two day fest IGNITIA which is an annual fest of PSIT provides all the students of all the departments to show their talents infront of all the people. There are also creation of projects for fest which promotes the legal knowledge of the students. Also Legal Express which is the legal aid cell at PSIT College of Law organises many events which provides its students a platform to showcase their skills infront of the people. Also it works on creating awareness among the people regarding various social issues.
