It totally depends on your future plans, if you are planning for an MA and Ph.D. in English you can probably take up some research related work and if you plan to join corporate sector after graduation you can take up courses related to business, customer relations, business communication, marketing, etc. These courses will definitely be an add-on to your resume and will tell the employer about your interest.
