    Hi,
In parallel to CAD you should do some designing courses like:
    - Graphic designing
    - Print designing
    - Web designing
    - Book layout
    - Creative language
    - Photography
    - Any other short term designing course like accessory designing, fashion designing or textile designing, etc.
Computer aided designing is generally used by designers or architectures so it's better if you do a designing course alongside a CAD course. Nowadays, computer aided designs are required everywhere in each and every field for better understanding about the layout and design. If you also do a designing course in parallel to that, then you will easily get a job.
