Retail management is an integrated part of the supply chain management. A few years back, retail has been just the selling of goods in the marketplace, stores, door to door and by hand delivery. But now, the trend has been changed in the retail market.
Network marketing via online shopping, websites and other technology, electronic payments and delivery through the courier and other services are few new mediums.
You can pursue any of the following courses:
    Front Office Management
    Inventory Management
    Merchandising Management
    Shop Floor Management

Go for a technical course required by the industry nowadays from a management student such as Advanced Excel, Edx, R course, Python, etc. As you are doing retailing. You should have knowledge about online tools also, it would be better if you have detailed knowledge regarding that such as google analytics and digital marketing. Retail has a very wide scope. Along with previous mention things, you can go further with operations, supply chain management, merchandiser, search engine optimization, front office management
    inventory management, competitive analysis, etc.
    All the best.
