What particularly should I do after 12th in medical field?

I have passed my 10th boards form ICSE board with 78.6%. I'm in 12th HSC. After 12th, I want to study medical in Mumbai, Pune or Bangalore. I want to do my Masters abroad. I am good at zoology.
