In most cases, basic requirements vary between 50% & 60% depending on which institution you are looking for.
But in nearly all good institutions for admission, there is an entrance test. Subjects in entrance examination are generally general knowledge, media aptitude, english, reasoning & maths. -
For applying in SRMU, candidates must have cleared 10 plus 2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/State Board in any discipline with minimum aggregate marks of 45% or CGPA of 5.0 for Gen/OBC category and 40% or CGPA of 4.5 for SC/ST category. Candidates who are appearing in the 10 plus 2 or equivalent examination may also apply.
