What percentage do I need to get in +2 to get admission in a government college for CSE?

Now, most of the institutions require 70-75% in +2 for CSE. Especially as per JEE guidelines which are followed by many colleges.

You should atleast have 75% in boards.
If you have more than 80%, then you will be favoured on merit basis.
