Hello Amit, A minimum of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Math is required in the boards for admission in IIIT. The admission is primarily based on the JEE Mains exam scores. So if you have appeared and qualified in JEE Mains with a good then you can get admission in IIIT.

I'm sorry, you need to have 75% in your boards for getting IIIT if you appear in JOSAA counselling. IIIT-Hyd/IIIT-Bhu/ IIIT-Raipur/ IIIT-Delhi these 4 do not participate in JOSAA counselling so you can apply for them separately.
