To get into HBTU, candidates must have completed class 12 with a minimum of 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for reserved category) in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science. This is the eligibility criteria if you wish to get into HBTU for B.Tech.
