What percentage is needed in class 12th to get admission in IIT-BHU for mechanical engineering?

The candidates will have to satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs: The candidate should have scored at least 75% aggregate marks in 10+2th standard (equivalent) board examination. For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, the aggregate marks should be at least 65%.

There are no percentage criteria to get into IIT-BHU in any branch. You just have to sit for JEE Advanced. 12th score is not considered while taking admission in IITs, they only consider Advanced rank. But in JEE Mains / Advance 12th marks are considered as cutoff.
