    The candidates will have to satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs: The candidate should have scored at least 75% aggregate marks in 10+2th standard (equivalent) board examination. For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, the aggregate marks should be at least 65%.

    There are no percentage criteria to get into IIT-BHU in any branch. You just have to sit for JEE Advanced. Admission for undergraduate students is through Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE) for undergraduate courses and Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) for postgraduate courses. In addition, the students qualifying through JEE (Advanced) test need to be in the top 20 percentile of the respective categories and/or have secured 75% or above in the qualifying exam conducted by the boards of their respective state/UT.     12th score is not considered while taking admission in IITs, they only consider Advanced rank. But in JEE Mains / Advance 12th marks are considered as cutoff.
