What percentage is needed to join Anna University for BE aeronautical engineering? I have 96%.

From this year, Tamil Nadu has decided to go away from CET and admit students to engineering based on marks obtained in 12th. Due to this it's almost impossible to predict how Dynamics of marks of12th plays out. But still I guess if you are amongst top 5000, you should get desired branch and college.
