What percentage is required in B.Tech to get M.tech in IIT?
What about the GATE rank?

IITs do not offer admission in M.Tech on the basis of percentage of B.Tech however they set a minimum percentage requirement for getting admission in M.Tech. I think it is 50% only with some 5% relaxation in SC/ST category. You may visit any IITs website for eligibility criteria.
