As far as Mumbai university is concerned it again varies from college to college.........
Some college will only see your Maths marks in 12th and some colleges will see your aggregate in 12th.........so there is no hard and fast rule it is you who has to go and do some enquiry in college.

In Which University ?????? as in Delhi University to get admission in B.Sc in CS. your 12 th percentage would be more than 80% and for top colleges of DU Like Hansraj , St.Stephans , hindu , Ramjas , venktshwhar your 12 th percentage would be more than 85%.
