What percentage should I score in graduation to get an application rating score above 15.5?
I had secured 66.5% and 88.8% in class 10th and 12th.

This is not a correct way to go about this process. Aim to get as much as you can in Graduation, it will not only help with a greater application score, but will be a boon for you when you are sitting for placements.
