What percentile do I need to have in CAT to get admission in NIT, Trichy for MBA if my scores are 10th-95%, 12th-86.8%, and B.Tech-64.82%?

Year wise breakup of B.Tech scores are 1st year-78.4%, 2nd year-70.75%, 3rd year-68.3%, 4th year-55.8% and overall aggregate of B.Tech is 64.82%.

The CAT percentile that you need to get into NIT, Trichy is 75 percentile and above (for general category). If the percentile is less than 75 percentile also there are chances of getting calls for GD-PI. For graduation minimum of 60 percentage is required, which you already have.
