What percentile in CAT would fetch me a call from BITS? My academic profile: 10th-91%, 12th-84%, and B.Tech-76%.

BITS Pilani gives a profile based call. There's no particular CAT cut-off as such. But given your profile and seeing the trend in the last few years, a percentile anywhere between 90-95 would suffice.
