NIT Sikkim offers M.Tech programmes with a duration for two years. M.Tech programme at NIT Sikkim is offered in five specialisations namely:
- Computer Science & Engineering,
- Control, Power & Electric Drives Electronics,
- Communication Engineering,
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and
- VLSI & Embedded Systems.
The Admission eligibility criteria for the M.Tech programme includes Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 60% aggregate. GATE and CCMT counselling is prefer for the selection criteria.
