What percentile should I aim for in CAT to get a call from IIMs and IITs? My scores: 10th-79%, 12th-76% and UG-82%.

For getting a call from IIMs & IITs, you would be required to have your CAT score above 95 percentile. The best IIMs, call students when they have their percentile above 90% or 95%. You have a good academic background so you just need to score your best in CAT rest there is a fair chance that you will get in. -
