What percentile should I target to get admission here? I have got 81% in 10th, 93% in 12th and 61% in graduation with 2 years of work exp.

For IIM K 95-96 percentile would help you get a call. -
You should target 99.2+ percentile -
You should target overall percentile of 92 with sectional cutoff of 75 percentile in all sections then you will definitely get a call from IIM K
