What percentile wiil be good for me to get a call from good IIM's if I belong to SC=schedule cast category?

What percentile wiil be good for me to get a call from good IIM's if I belong to SC=schedule cast category.and is there any fees deduction for us in IIM's.?I want to know is there any reservation available or not?
