I have got 63.42% in my graduation and have 3 months sailing experience.

Always remember, you should pursue a course based on your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goals.
After B.Tech in Marine Engineering, you have two options :
1) You may opt for M.Tech if you wish to study the technical aspect of the branch .
