The Placement Cell helps in providing students with ample opportunities for placements and recruitments. The recruitments include both on campus and off campus interviews. At GIBS Bangalore, admissions work like this:

For PGDM: They accept scores from exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, and NMAT. These help the college understand your aptitude and select the right candidates.

For BBA: No entrance exam is needed. Admission is mainly based on your 12th-grade marks, along with a personal interview and sometimes a group discussion.

This way, GIBS makes sure students are selected fairly and have the potential to succeed in their program.
