XLRI the top institute in India Xavier's labour reform institute, situated in Jamshedpur provides great placement. Recently completed the placement of the largest batch with average annual salary of Rs 19 lakh per annum. As many as 132 recruiters, including 36 first timers, participated in the final recruitment process for the 2014-16 batch of 361 students. Around 386 offers were made. Also, 102 students had got pre-placement offers (PPOs), of which 84 were accepted.

I would like to thank everyone for providing me this opportunity for answering this question. The same question puzzled & boggled my mind when I was about to enter Xavier's Labor Relations Institute. I directly asked this question in the classroom to the dean Dr. Asish K. Pani he smiled & said we do not provide any placements to the candidates,the organization comes & hire candidates. XLRI is the oldest B-School in the country which was established in 1949.
