Truth be told, the placement cell of Faculty of Law is mostly managed by the students. Hence, a lot depends on the time and investment and each batch gives to the Cell. However, despite that, the Placement Cell is active and running and provides decent opportunities for internships and placements after college. A good idea would be to actively intern during the 3-years at the Faculty and try to secure a PPO by your own self. Since the number of students is high, there is great competition for whatever opportunities come your way.

Both IPU and DU are public/ government universities and are one of the oldest universities. DU admissions are tough because of the high cutoff for some colleges, whereas for IPU, admissions are comparatively easy for some colleges with low cut-offs. The infrastructure of colleges affiliated with IPU is comparatively better than that affiliated with DU. The fee is another factor that makes DU a preference among students. In the end, it depends on the students, which university is better for them.
